Bachelor: Completed Gao San/Gao Kao, Foundation, or Diploma
Master: A bachelor’s degree (equivalent to an Australian undergraduate degree) in any disciplines. Some universities require relevant undergraduate professional background or relevant work experience. Bridge courses are available.
Career Direction
Solicitor, trial lawyer, government lawyer, legal aid work/community law center, civil litigation, special lawyers such as commercial law, criminal law, family law, personal injury, property law, tax law, wills and inheritance etc.
Immigration Advice
Graduates from Bachelor/Master degree can apply minimum 2 years of Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485) (Post-Study Work stream). Lawyer is on the skilled occupations list.
